Kathmandu. Water Energy Solutions Limited (WENCL) is going to issue initial public offering (IPO) to the general public. Himalayan Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
Himalayan Capital Limited and Water Energy Solutions Limited have signed an agreement in this regard. The company is developing 8.3 MW Upper Deumai Khola Hydropower Project in Ilam district.
