Kathmandu. Asian Life Insurance Company has declared a dividend on its shareholder dividend.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held today has decided to provide dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The company has proposed a dividend of 10.52 percent. This includes 5 percent bonus shares and 5.52 percent cash dividend.
The proposal will be approved by Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) and approved by the upcoming AGM of the company.
