Kathmandu. Annapurna Fish Feed Industry Limited is going to issue an initial public offering (IPO) to the general public. The company is issuing 10,09,531 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100.

Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance of Rs 100,09,53,100. Mr. Yash Puri, CEO of Annapurna Fish Feed Industries Limited and Mr. Vijay Lal Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Laxmi Sunrise Capital signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Annapurna Fish Feed Industry Limited is one of the leading fish feed producing industries in Nepal. The industry has been producing fish feed of high quality, nutritious and meeting international standards using modern production system based on European technology.

The company has been supplying its products to fish farmers in all provinces of Nepal through its distribution network spread across the country, providing technical consultancy and farmer-friendly services.
