Kathmandu. Neco Insurance Company has declared a dividend on its shareholder dividend.
The meeting of the Board of Directors held on January 15 has proposed 15.78 percent dividend to the shareholders. The company has proposed a 12.78 percent cash dividend and a 3 percent bonus.
The proposal will be approved by the Insurance Authority and approved by the next general meeting of the company.
