Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Executive Director of the Health Insurance Board, Dr Raghu Raj Kafle, has resigned from his post.

Spokesperson at the Ministry of Health and Population, Dr Prakash Budhathoki, said that Executive Director Dr Kafle has tendered his resignation. Spokesperson Dr Budhathoki said discussions were underway on his resignation.

“We will submit the resignation to the Council of Ministers for necessary decision,” he said. Dr. Kafle was appointed as the executive director of the board in February.
