Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RJP) President Rabi Lamichhane has said that he was not fully enthusiastic at a time when nominations are being filed for the by-election to the House of Representatives across the country.
According to Lamichhane, he has not been able to actively participate in the election process as the hearing of his case is going on simultaneously in the courts of Parsa, Kathmandu and Rupandehi on Monday. Leaving the Parsa District Court, he said that his well-wishers were waiting for him in Chitwan-2.
Claiming that he has been subjected to injustice and atrocities, Lamichhane has said that the Nepali people will evaluate this through their vote on March 4. He has also alleged that he has been accused without evidence and a case has been filed against someone who has no connection with the cooperative.
He claimed that history had “watched and written” the treatment of him and that he would pay for all the “virtues” without retribution. In the end, he has indicated that he will not back down from the struggle by saying that he is not Abhimanyu.
