Kathmandu. Pure Energy Limited has provided educational materials to 797 students of three schools in Banke district. The company has handed over educational materials on the occasion of Saraswati Puja on Friday as part of its social responsibility.

A total of 185 students from Nepal National Basic School, Chamakdapur, 302 students from Pashupati Secondary School and 310 students from Nepal Rastriya Secondary School, Pidari were distributed educational materials. The students have been provided with school bags, stationery, textbooks and corner library.

Representatives of Pure Energy, school teachers, parents, and students were present on the occasion. The students expressed their happiness after Pure provided the educational materials. The solar power company had raised doubts about the responsibility of the society through the education of children.

Pure Energy has been operating two solar projects with a capacity of 10 MW each in Banke. Both the projects have been producing commercially since 2080 BS. Pure Energy is the largest solar power producer in the Golyan Group.
