National Life Organizes One-Day Training for Agents in Pokhara

Kathmandu. Pokhara—National Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has organized a one-day training program for its agents in Pokhara. The training was imparted to the selected agents after completing the specified business under the company’s monthly plan ‘Manthan-2082’.

A total of 185 agents from all the branches of Gandaki Province and some branches of Lumbini and Bagmati Province attended the training held at Hotel Majestic Lake Front in Pokhara. The training was conducted by Kazim Raja, a well-known trainer in the field of insurance.

During the training, Instructor Raja trained them on various measures that can be adopted to achieve higher goals such as MDRT, COT and TOT and different and effective skills presented in the market.

Speaking on the occasion, Deputy CEO of the company Smriti Raj Kandel said that this type of training session would boost the morale of the agents and help achieve their business goals. He said that the monthly plan churn has been conducted with the slogan “Inspiration, Progress and Professional Excellence” and under this scheme, more than 700 selected agents from across the country have been organized in various places. Also, the agents who secured first, second and third positions at the branch level were given tokens of love.

On the occasion, Sushil Pratap Rana, chief of the agency department, expressed his hope that he would prove himself to be excellent in the competitive market by putting into practice the knowledge gained from the training.
