Prabhu Bank appointed Sharma as the new CEO of the bank after Ashok Sherchan resigned from the board of directors on Sunday.
Prior to this, Sharma was the CEO of Sunrise Bank. He has also served as the DCEO of Global IME Bank and CEO of Machhapuchchhre Bank.
