. Hotel Forest Inn is issuing initial public offering (IPO) to the general public from today.
The company has issued its shares to the general public after issuing shares to foreign employment, employees and mutual investment funds.
As of FY 2081/082, the company has net worth of Rs 125.26, earnings per share of Rs 16.86 and loss of Rs 23.94 crore. Similarly, in the fiscal year 2082/83, the net worth is expected to decrease to Rs 122 and earnings per share will be Rs 1.80. Similarly, the company’s loss is estimated to be Rs 20.34 crore.
Similarly, in the fiscal year 2083/084, the net worth is Rs 126.10, earnings per share is expected to be Rs 4.90 and the loss is expected to decrease to Rs 12.16 crore. Similarly, in the fiscal year 2084/085, the net worth is expected to be Rs 130.52, earnings per share will be Rs 4.43 and the loss is expected to be Rs 3.31 million. It’s a five-star hotel. Binita Thapa owns 20.65 percent of the shares in the hotel.
Similarly, former Energy Minister Dipak Khadka holds 19.82 percent shares, Trishakti EQT Fund 7.75 percent, Chartered Capital and Investment 2.65 percent, Lekha Shrestha 2.61 percent, City Express Investment Fund 1.8775 percent, Mahesh Shrestha 1.64 percent and Rajendra Bikram Poudel 1.56 percent. Binita Thapa is the chairperson of the hotel while Amar Thapa, Chandra Singh Saud, Rinku Niraula and Prahlad Raj Kunwar are the directors of the hotel.
Thapa owns 0.93 per cent, Saud 0.75 per cent and Niraula 0.11 per cent. The chairman of Chartered Capital and Investment Ltd is Chandra Singh Saud and Thakur Prasad Poudel, Durga Prasad Nepal, Gyanendra Shrestha and Sushila Kumari Bohara are the directors of the company.
Saud is also the former CEO of NEPSE. Dolraj Sharma, Chandra Tandon and Mahesh Kumar Shrestha are the chairmen of City Express Investment Fund. Similarly, Tanka Prasad Gautam has been appointed as the Chairman of Trishakti EQT Fund Limited while Manoj Khadka, Govinda Dahal, Usha Ghimire and Keshav Mahat have been appointed as managing directors.
