Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Beni Hydropower Project to issue initial public offering (IPO).
The board has allowed the company to issue 20,80,000 units of shares at a price of Rs 100 per share.
NMB Capital has been appointed as its issue manager.
