Kathmandu. Nabil Bank is issuing 1,25,000 units of promoter shares to the general public and institutional investors. The bank said in a notice that it will sell the shares through an open auction process.

Nabil Bank’s promoter shareholder Jeet Bahadur Shrestha has sold 50,000 shares, Jigyasha Aryal and Jash Shrestha have sold 25,000 shares. Jeet Bahadur Shrestha’s 50,000 units of shares are worth Rs 301.10. The value of the remaining shares has not been determined.

According to the bank, individual investors, companies and various institutions can participate in the auction process and submit bids. Interested investors can apply for the post within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
