Kathmandu. Hotel Forest Inn’s initial public offering (IPO) will be issued today.

According to NIC ASIA Capital, the issue manager for the IPO issuance, the IPO will be issued at 9:30 am today.

The company had issued 33,20,000 units of shares at a price of Rs 100 per share from February 6 to 10. Out of this, 2,545,030 applicants have applied for 2,86,93,260 units of shares.

A total of 3,32,000 investors will get 10 units of shares and 2,213,730 will get 10 units of shares in the IPO.
