Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the exchange rate of foreign currency for today. According to the exchange rate, the selling rate of one US dollar has been fixed at Rs 144.78 and Rs 145.38.

Similarly, the selling rate of Euro 1 has been fixed at 171.48 rupees and 172.19 rupees, the selling rate of UK Pound Sterling 1 has been fixed at 196.72 rupees and 197.54 rupees.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 102.34 paise and the selling rate is 102.76 rupees, the selling rate of one Canadian dollar is 106.16 rupees and the selling rate is 106.60 rupees.

The buying rate of Japanese Yen 10 was Rs 9.46 and selling rate was Rs 9.50, while the selling rate of Chinese Yuan 1 was Rs 20.96 and Rs 21.04.

According to the central bank, the selling rate of Thai Dirham 1 is Rs 39.42 and the selling rate of UAE Dirham 1 is Rs 39.42 and the selling rate is Rs 39.58, the selling rate of Malaysian Ringate 1 is Rs 37.12 and the selling rate is Rs 37.28. The selling rate of Swedish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 16.13 and Rs 16.20 for selling and Rs 22.95 for Danish kroner 1.

The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has set the selling rate of one Hong Kong Dollar 1 at Rs 18.53 and selling rate of 18.60 paise, Kuwaiti Dinar 1 at Rs 474.46 and selling rate of 476.42 paise, Bahrain Dinar 1 at Rs 384.06 and selling rate of 385.65 paise, Omni Rial 1 at Rs 376.08 and selling rate at Rs 377.63. Similarly, the selling rate of Rs 100 has been fixed at Rs 160 and Rs 160.15 respectively.

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has stated that the exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the need. However, the exchange rate fixed by the commercial bank may vary and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
