. Mamata Sharma, the founding president of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has resigned from her post. Issuing a press release, the former Prime Minister resigned from the post saying that the main slogan of “young generation should come into politics” and “choose those who know” was contrary in practice.
“I joined the party being inspired by the slogan that the younger generation should come into politics and choose those who know,” she said in the statement. However, I feel that the methodology, decision and working style adopted by the concerned party in the upcoming March 4 election is against the establishment values, party statute and public commitment of the RSP. ’
She has accused the RSP of not properly appreciating the contribution of the capable Ghanti friends who are working day and night, activities against the rules and statutes and the party’s principles not being implemented in practice. She said that she could not remain silent as she witnessed all these activities as the party’s decisions were mainly due to financial irregularities in the RSP.
“My self-esteem and political values have been tarnished as the party’s decisions are mainly motivated by financial irregularities. I am no longer able to remain silent as I witness all these activities,” she said.
Mamata of Bara, who connected the RSP in Madhes one by one like a garland of flowers. She was united in Madhes and introduced it in eight districts. However, she was dissatisfied with the connivance of party spokespersons Manish Jha and Amesh Singh. Internal disputes surfaced in the party after Sharma was denied a ticket.
When he repeatedly asked the party president, spokesperson and top leaders why injustice was done in the ticket, the party had ignored his question.

As the founding president of the Rastriya Swatantra Party Madhes Province and currently a member of the Central Women and Social Development Department, I have been continuously contributing to the party selflessly by dedicating my ability, capacity, competence and time from Shrawan 2079 till today.TAG_OPEN_em_46
} Inspired by the slogan “The younger generation should come into politics” and “Choose those who know”, I joined this party. However, I have felt that the methodology, decision and working style adopted by the concerned party in the upcoming March 21 election is against the values of the establishment of the RSP, the party statute and public commitment.
Due to the lack of proper appreciation of the contribution of the well-meaning bell friends who are working day and night in the organization, there has been activities against the rules and statutes, the principles of the party have not been implemented in practice and the party’s decisions are mainly motivated by financial irregularities, which has hurt my self-esteem and political values; I am no longer able to remain silent after witnessing all these activities.
Therefore, with effect from today, I hereby submit my resignation, ceasing to be an ordinary member of the Yes Party.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the guardianship, cooperation and opportunity given by the party during this period.
