Citizen Life Insurance conducts MDRT 2026 felicitation and training program in Pokhara

Kathmandu. Citizen Life Insurance Company has successfully completed MDRT 2026 (Million Dollar Round Table) Felicitation and Training Program. The program was organized from February 19 to 7, 2002 at Hotel Pokhara Grand for two nights and three days.

A total of 70 citizen leaders were felicitated on the occasion. There were 67 MDRT, 2 COT and one TOT qualifier. Senior agency managers, section chiefs and regional chiefs who were selected for best performance were also present in the program.

The purpose of the event was to honor the best performing leaders, discuss future business goals and strategies, and provide in-depth training. In the program, renowned sales coach and motivational speaker Dr. Rabin Katwal conducted a special training session.

This motivates the participants for personal and professional growth. During the program, Chief Executive Officer of the company Kuber Pathak, Chief Financial Officer Gopal Pangeni, Chief Market Management Officer Bhushan Rimal and Chief Executive Officer Poshan Raj Poudel presented their presentations and guidance.

The company’s brand ambassadors Madan Krishna Shrestha and Hari Bansha Acharya were also present on the occasion. They addressed the participants with humor and sarcasm and felicitated the MTRT qualifiers.

During the closing ceremony, Mr. Pokharel thanked all the participants for their dedication, commitment and outstanding performance as the key foundation for the company’s continuous progress and success. He expressed confidence that he would achieve even higher achievements in the days to come.

Overall, the MDRT 2026 program has been grand, effective and a complete success. The company believes that such programs will provide more motivation to the leaders and will make a significant contribution to business expansion and personal capacity.
