Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the initial public offering (IPO) issued by Apollo Hydropower Company Limited (HYDROPOWER).

Applications can be submitted until office hours today. The company is issuing the IPO from February 24.

The company has been permitted to issue 14,10,000 units of shares i.e. 30% of the issued capital of Rs 570 crore. The company has issued 94,000 units of shares worth Rs 9,40,000 to the Nepalese who have gone abroad with labour permit.

Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 94,000 units.

Himalayan Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. Nepalese working abroad can apply for the shares through banks and financial institutions licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and Mero Shares.
