Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has seen an encouraging improvement in its half-yearly performance.
The data shows that the income and number of passengers from mid-July to mid-December of the current fiscal year has made significant progress compared to the same period of the last fiscal year 2081/082.
During the period, the total income of the corporation increased by 7 percent while the number of passengers increased by 18.7 percent. According to Nimg, regular and effective flights have been operated to various destinations by utilizing the available aircraft.
From January to March, most of the airline’s flights are flying with high passengers. Spokesperson of the corporation, Archana Khadka, said that the corporation aims to continue the growth rate in the coming days by further strengthening the service expansion and market management.
