Kathmandu. Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIBL) has entered into its 41st year. Throughout its four decades journey, the bank has established strong presence in the financial sector with the unwavering trust and support of its customers, shareholders, regulators, partners and all the staff members.

On this historic occasion, the bank family would like to express its heartfelt gratitude to all the benefactors. On the occasion of the bank’s 40th anniversary, Chairman of the Bank, Mr. Prithvi Bahadur Pandey, expressed his gratitude to all who supported him in the successful journey of the bank and expressed his commitment to provide more transparent, responsible and innovative banking services in the days ahead.

Similarly, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the bank, Jyoti Prakash Pandey, said that the bank will continue to accelerate digital transformation to make customer experiences simpler, safer and more effective. With the slogan ‘We will move ahead together on the path of prosperity’, the bank will continue to provide new banking services prioritizing the convenience of its customers.

On the occasion of its anniversary, the bank has been publishing picture books on financial literacy for the past 8 years. On the occasion of its 40th anniversary, the bank has launched its eighth edition of a comic book titled “3 R Sundar Sansarshu”.

The comic book covers topics such as environmental pollution, conservation of natural resources and global warming in simple, fun and informative style. Rapid changes in the environment pose serious challenges to our health, future, and a beautiful planet.

This is the reason why the bank has published this book to make children aware of the importance of environmental conservation as part of its social responsibility program. Meanwhile, on the occasion of the Anniversary Day, the Bank has organized a blood donation program in collaboration with Nepal Red Cross Society.

The bank staff participated in the blood donation program. NIBL has been providing its services from 269 branches, 257 ATMs, 65 extension counters and 60 branchless banking counters.
