Kathmandu. Pokhara—Ncell has re-opened its Ncell Centre in Pokhara. The centre at Srijana Chowk, Pokhara was closed after it was vandalised and damaged during the Genji movement.
The center, which has been renovated and reopened, was inaugurated at a function on Thursday. The Ncell Centre was jointly inaugurated by Jyoti Dahal, Customer Service Manager of Ncell and Yam Prasad Gautam, HR Officer of Pokhara Noodles. After the center was damaged and closed, the company temporarily provided customer services from an office located on one floor.
“We apologize for the inconvenience caused to the customers due to the closure of the Pokhara center. We are happy to bring back into operation Ncell Centre in Pokhara to deliver quality quality service and continuous service to our customers.” The company has re-opened the center with the aim of providing world-class service and facilities to its customers from one place.
Customers can get all customer services from this center. Ncell customers can acquire all services, ranging from general enquiry on products and services to SIM subscription to internet setting to various enterprise services, reads a press statement issued by the company. Customers of the Centre also offer services like upgrade their SIM to 4G, SIM change to mobile number, SIM upgrade to eSIM, change CUG numbers, activate international roaming, bill payment, balance recharge and transfer from the centre to a wide range of services.
The reopening of Pokhara Ncell Centre is an affirmation of the company’s commitment to provide world-class services locally to customers.
