Gulmi. Rastriya Swatantra Party candidate Govinda Panthi has been elected from Gulmi-2. He defeated CPN-UML’s Gokarna Bista by 561 votes.
According to Election Officer Harihar Poudel, Panthi got 16,967 votes while Bista got 16,4 TAG_OPEN_div_3 06 votes. Nepali Congress candidate Bhuwan Prasad Shrestha got 14,434 votes.
