Kathmandu. Sanima GIC Insurance Company has announced a dividend to its investors from the profit of the last fiscal year. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held at 3:00 pm on March 12 has announced the dividend to the shareholders.

The meeting has decided to distribute 5.2632 percent dividend of Rs 2.15 billion from the distributable profit of the last fiscal year 2081/082 which includes 5 percent bonus shares and 0.2632 percent cash dividend (to pay tax).

The proposed dividend will be approved by the Insurance Authority of Nepal and will be distributed to the concerned shareholders after the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
