Kathmandu. Jolly Amatya has been appointed as the woman director of NRN Infrastructure and Development Company. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on February 9 has appointed her to the vacant post of woman director.
Amatya, who has a permanent address in Parsha District, Birgunj, has been appointed to the post of woman director by the company as per the sub-section (2) of Section 87 of the Companies Act, 2063.
