Sanima Capital to Issue Sanima Equity Fund 2

Kathmandu. Sanima Capital is going to issue Sanima Equity Fund 2. This fund is a closed-end scheme operating under Sanima Mutual Fund.

The company is issuing 100 million units at the rate of Rs 10 per unit.

The fund operated under Sanima Mutual Fund is a 10-year closed-oriented scheme.

Out of the total number of units to be issued, a minimum of Rs 1.3 crore or a minimum of 13 per cent of the total number of units sold will be reserved for fund promoter Sanima Bank, while 2 per cent i.e. 2 million units will be reserved for scheme manager Sanima Capital. The investors will issue 8.5 crore units.

Applications can be submitted to the fund from May 24 to May 29. If the application is not received as per the demand during this period, the application can be made till May 23.

Applications can be place for minimum 100 units and maximum 100 units.

The interested bidders can apply for the shares from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) through banks and financial institutions that are members of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and Mero Shares.

Sanima Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
