Kathmandu. Nepali Congress lawmaker Bhishma Raj Angdembe has expressed his displeasure over the recent behavior of Prime Minister Balel Shah. He sarcastically criticized the Prime Minister’s name being written in the Guinness Book of World Records.
Speaking in the House of Representatives, lawmaker Angdembe accused the Prime Minister’s actions of being indecent. “Our prime minister’s name will be written in the Guinness Book of World Records,” he said. He said that the Prime Minister’s behaviour has lowered the dignity of Parliament.
He also questioned the health condition of the Prime Minister and demanded that the health check-up of the Prime Minister be conducted and the Parliament should be informed about it. “If the prime minister is facing any health problem, he should be tested immediately and inform the House,” he said.
Angdembe claimed that even the meeting of the State Affairs Committee could not be held due to the Prime Minister and said that it should be taken as a serious matter.
“The House should be made dignified, why not?” he asked.
