Kathmandu. Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has accused the government of causing pain to those who buy goods worth Rs 100 from across the border.
He made this claim in the House of Representatives meeting today. He said that stopping those who buy goods worth Rs 100 from across the border will not collect much revenue.
He said that within a month of the formation of this government, the poor and helpless people have been hit first.
“Those who have nothing should be supported by the state,” he said. The contribution of the poor and faceless has been immense in bringing about the republic. He said that the government needs to rethink its policy. He urged the citizens not to mute their voices.
