Kathmandu. Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal has warned lawmakers including Harka Raj Rai of the Labour Culture Party for repeatedly displaying placards and misbehaving in the parliament.

Stating that the activities were against the norms and parliamentary conduct of the House of Representatives, the Speaker directed the bodies concerned to correct their behavior and activities as per Rule 30 of the House of Representatives Regulations, 2079.

“Serious attention has been drawn to the repeated activities of displaying placards and sloganeering in the parliament meeting and against the dignity of the assembly,” he said.
