Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure the dividend of Salt Trading Corporation Company.

Shareholders who remain in office till today will receive the dividend fixed by the company. For the AGM, the company has closed its book from June 23 to 29.

Shareholders who have been elected as of today will be eligible to participate in the upcoming meeting of the company.

The company has called its 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 12 at Tribhuvan Army Officers’ Club. The meeting will begin at 11 a.m.

The AGM has proposed 9.50 percent bonus shares and 0.50 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. After the approval of this proposal, the shareholders will get it.
