Kathmandu. The government has announced to set up a “Mathrubhumi Fund” to ensure storage of petroleum products that will last for at least three months and to invest in projects of strategic importance including AI (Artificial Intelligence) factory. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has announced this in the budget for the coming fiscal year 2083/84.
