Presenting the annual budget estimates of revenue and expenditure for the fiscal year 2083/84 in the joint meeting of TAG_OPEN_div_18 the Federal Parliament today, Finance Minister Dr Swarnim Wagle said priority would be given to women entrepreneurs in the Panchkhal Special Economic Zone.
Stating that the government was committed to industry and industrial innovation, he clarified that the government has adopted a policy to expand quality industrial infrastructure.TAG_OPEN_div_16 “We will provide more concessions in the flow of loans to women entrepreneurs. “We will make arrangement of Special Economic Administration Zone where all decisions related to tax, customs, import and investment will be made from a single place,” he said.
The budget statement states that in order to enhance the competitive capacity of the manufacturing industries, the demand fee of electricity will be reviewed and arrangements will be made to waive the electricity tariff.TAG_OPEN_div_14 The Finance Minister said that the industrialists can mortgage the structures to be constructed in the industrial zone, special economic zone and leased land for banking purposes.
