Kathmandu. The government has set a target to increase the economic growth rate to 7 percent for the fiscal year 2083/84.
Finance Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh announced the budget for the upcoming fiscal year. Swarnim Wagle said that the economic growth target has been estimated at 7 percent. According to the statistics office, the economic growth rate in the current fiscal year 2082/83 is expected to be 3.85 percent.
