Government relief for company renewal: Penalties, interest and fees to be waived

. The government has come up with a special relief scheme targeting companies that have not renewed their renewables for a long time and are yet to meet their legal obligations. Through the Finance Bill for the coming fiscal year 2083/84, the government has made provision to waive fines, interest and fees to ease the process of company renewal and registration cancellation.

According to the Finance Bill, the companies registered under the Companies Act, 2063 BS will get special facilities if they do not submit the details within the stipulated time, do not renew them or do not submit the tax, fees, fees, interest, and fines to be paid.TAG_OPEN_div_8

If such a company wishes to continue its business or cancel the registration of the company, if it submits the taxes, fees, fees and necessary details as per the law applicable up to the fiscal year 2082/83 within the end of Asoj, 2083 B.S., all fines, interest and additional fees incurred or applicable during that period shall be waived. The bill states.
