Kathmandu. Lawmaker Harka Sampang has demanded that the records of Prime Minister Balendra Shah’s presence in the parliament should be examined.
In today’s meeting of the House of Representatives, he reminded that as per the rule 4 (1) of the Rules of the House of Representatives, all the members of the House of Representatives are compulsorily present in the meeting.
Rai has demanded that the Prime Minister should be relieved of the post as per the Article 77 (1) (c) of the Constitution if the PM fails to be present in the parliament.
He urged the parliamentarian secretariat through the Speaker to find out how many times the Prime Minister has attended the meeting.
