Kathmandu. The Troubled Cooperative Management Committee has sought information about the hidden properties of 23 cooperatives in the district.
Making public the details of the cooperatives in question, the committee has urged the government to inform the government if they are aware that the property has been hidden in the name of their family members, relatives and other people.
The notice reads, “All concerned are requested to inform this office if they come to know that the directors who have made public have hidden the property or amount in the name of family, relatives, relatives or any other person by embezzling savings or property of the cooperative.” ’
The committee has also urged the operators of the problematic cooperatives to settle their liabilities, recover loans, identify assets and other resources of the cooperatives and manage them and to cooperate in the repayment of savings, liability management and regulation by being in contact with the regular committee.
Otherwise, it is stated in the notice that it will be in accordance with the law.
The committee has also asked the public to contact the committee’s office if there is any discrepancy in the public information or if it is not updated.
