Kathmandu. Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited (Machhapuchchhre Bank) has listed its unreleased reserve preference shares on NEPSE. A total of 30 million units of shares of the bank have been listed on NEPSE. The bank had issued “8.25 per cent Machhapuchchhre Unredeemable Reserved Preference Shares”.
The company was listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Tuesday.
The total issue value of the shares is Rs 3 billion. The preference shares, which are listed in NEPSE, are available for trading in the secondary market of securities from May 20.
