Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: National Hydropower Company Limited (NHPC) is organizing its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 14. As per the decision of the Board of Directors of the company, the AGM will be held at 11:00 am at Amrit Bhog Catering in Kalikasthan, Kathmandu.

The annual report of the fiscal year 2081/82, financial statements along with the auditor’s report, statements of profit and loss and cash flow would be discussed and passed in the meeting.

Similarly, the meeting will also present proposals including appointment of auditor and determination of remuneration for the coming fiscal year and election of seven directors including one woman to the board of directors.

The share registration book will be closed for one day on July 30 to participate in the AGM. Only the shareholders who have been traded in the Nepal Stock Exchange till June 29 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and vote.
