Kathmandu. The merger between the two companies that are providing ride-sharing services in Nepal has been confirmed.

Ride-sharing services Pathao Nepal and Yongo are all set to merge. According to sources, final preparations are being made for this. Preparations are underway to bring Pathao’s representative from Bangladesh to Nepal for the merger.

Pathao, which has been providing ride-sharing service in Bangladesh, started its service in Nepal from Asoj 2075. Similarly, Yango, which has been providing ride-sharing in Russia, entered Nepal in 2082.

Both the companies based in Nepal have also informed about the business activities there. After collecting the necessary details, both the companies have also undergone a Due Diligence Audit (DDA) for the merger. According to sources, after the merger, discussions have been held to operate Pathao Yango in Nepal.
