Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has unanimously passed the budget, finance bill and appropriation bill for the coming fiscal year 2083/084.

In the fourth meeting of the 19th session of the municipal assembly held on June 19, the meeting unanimously passed the budget and programme, finance bill and appropriation bill presented by acting mayor Sunita Dangol.

Out of the allocated budget, Rs 25.88 billion has been allocated including Rs 25.13 billion for the consolidated fund and Rs 750 million for external expenditure.

The meeting also discussed and passed the programme and budget for the fiscal year 2083/084, the Appropriation Bill, 2083 and the Finance Bill, 2083.
