Kathmandu. The meeting of the House of Representatives today passed the ‘Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Bill, 2083’.

The bill was passed by a majority after clause-wise discussion in the meeting, the response of the concerned minister and the amendments received received were presented for decision in the meeting.

In the meeting, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, on the behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah, presented a proposal seeking clause-wise discussion on the bill. The bill has been tabled in the House to replace the ordinance.
