Mount Everest Power Development IPO allotment

Kathmandu. Mount Everest Power Development Company Limited (MPL) has issued its initial public offering (IPO).

According to NIMBS Capital, the issue manager of the company, the IPO was allotted through lottery as it received more applications than the demand.

The company had issued 14,27,600 units of shares worth Rs 14,27,60,000 at the rate of Rs 100 per share.

A total of 28,62,909 applicants had applied for 3,06,55,430 units of shares in the IPO, out of which 28,15,679 applications were approved.

Out of the eligible applicants, 1,42,760 applicants have been allotted 10 units each. The results of the IPO, the sales manager, the concerned company, my shares and CDSC can be found on the website of the IPO.
