Yamaha celebrates its 71st anniversary

Kathmandu. Yamaha Nepal celebrated its 71st anniversary by organizing various social and customer-oriented programs throughout the country. Celebrating July 1 as Yamaha Day, Yamaha announced various programs in all seven provinces of Nepal with the participation of customers, employees, dealers and the community.

The event was inaugurated by cutting a cake at dealerships and dealerships across the country to mark the anniversary. On the occasion, more than 100 dealers from all over the country participated in the program digitally.

A 25 percent discount on labor charges was provided at the service centers for the customers. Under the campaign, one customer from each province was provided 100% cash back on service charge. Additionally, a special anniversary gift was also given to the customers purchasing motorcycles on July 1.

As part of its social responsibility, blood donation programs were organized in seven places including Dhangadhi, Pokhara, Kathmandu, Bharatpur, Bardibas and Itahari. According to the company, around 350 units of blood were collected from the campaign. A tree plantation programme was also held at the plant in Biratnagar.

Yamaha Parsa has announced that it will bear the education expenses of seven students of Dharmeshwor Basic School in Khairahani up to grade 12. In addition, long-distance riders, old vehicle entrepreneurs and mechanics were also honoured.

Mr. Vishnu Agrawal, Managing Director and Chairman of MAW Rides Pvt. Ltd. said, “Yamaha Nepal is directly or indirectly connected with nearly 400 families and will continue to collaborate with the community. According to him, the company has prioritized social responsibility through traffic awareness, blood donation, tree plantation and philanthropic activities.

To mark the anniversary, a campaign was conducted to support traffic management in Kathmandu and a philanthropic ride was also organized by Blue Streets Riding Community at Mountain Children’s Home in Budhanilkantha.
