Cooperatives refund Rs 26.3 million to 1,754 small savers, Rs 43.2 million recovered from 154 borrowers

Kathmandu. Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives, Federal Affairs and General Administration Pratibha Rawal has made 48 major achievements since she assumed the office. The Ministry has launched the ‘Mero Kitta’ mobile app for 100 days and the work from map-printing to fieldbook extraction can be done through mobile.
According to the ministry, 4,779 institutional users have been prepared and service is being provided through the app.TAG_OPEN_div_22 A total of 29 land ownership certificates have been distributed to landless Dalits, landless squatters and unsystematic settlers.
In the last 100 days, 1,754 small savers of the cooperatives have returned Rs 26 TAG_OPEN_div_20.3 million. According to the Ministry, loans amounting to Rs 432,82,310 were recovered from 154 borrowers during the period.
