Supreme Court not to hear regular hearings for 11 days

Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has decided not to hold regular hearings from July 14 to 26.

The regular hearing will be held from July 24 as it has been a practice to stop regular hearings to move the records in every new fiscal year. Prior to this, there was a practice of not having regular hearings for two weeks.

According to Supreme Court spokesperson Arjun Prasad Koirala, the writ petition of habeas corpus will be registered and heard from July 14 to July 11.
