Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited has issued a notice to 19 borrowers who have failed to pay their credit cards on time, asking them to clear all their outstanding dues within 35 days.

According to the notice published by the bank, a 35-day notice has been issued to the borrowers as they have not paid the principal, interest, installment and compensation of the credit card loan despite being informed in writing and verbally.

The bank has urged the bank to clear all the outstanding amount within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.

If the loan is not repaid within the stipulated time, the name of the concerned borrower will be included in the blacklist of the Credit Information Center as per the Bank and Financial Institution Act, prevailing laws and loan agreement with the bank.

The notice has mentioned the names, addresses, citizenship details and related branch offices of 19 borrowers.
