The weather is generally cloudy in Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces, and in the hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi and Bagmati provinces. Moderate rain is likely to occur at some places of Koshi, Lumbini and Karnali provinces and at few places of Sudurpaschim provinces.

According to the Division, the weather will be generally cloudy throughout the country this afternoon. Light rain will occur in some places while light snowfall is predicted in high hilly and mountainous area. Heavy rain is predicted at one or two places of the hilly and Tarai regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.

There is the possibility of heavy rainfall occurring at one or two places of the hilly region of Bagmati and Gandaki province as well as in Koshi and Lumbini provinces.
