Kathmandu. Barun Beverages Nepal, the authorized producer of Pepsi in Nepal, has a business worth Rs 6.75 billion in the first nine months of the last fiscal year.

The company had a turnover of Rs 5.87 billion in the first nine months of the last FY. The company had a turnover of Rs 8.54 billion in 2025. The company had a turnover of Rs 7.74 billion by 2024.

Similarly, the company had a turnover of Rs. 7.62 billion in 2023, Rs. 8.02 billion in 2022 and Rs. 6.54 billion in 2021.

The company’s operating income (Obitta÷OI) has been increasing year on year. The company’s revenue fell from 26.3 percent in 2021 to 21.2 percent in 2022. In the following year, the company’s revenue has increased.

The company’s Obituary stood at 25.5 percent in 2024 and 26.1 percent in 2025, up from 22.2 percent in 2023. Similarly, in the first nine months of the last fiscal year, the company’s income increased by 27.7 percent.

Established in 2042 BS in Nepal, the company is the official distributor of PepsiCo. Its registration office is located in Putalisadak, Kathmandu while the manufacturing factories are located at Pepsi Cola in Kathmandu and Nawalparasi.

The company manufactures and sells carbonated non-alcoholic beverages under brands such as Pepsi Mountain Dew, Slice, Mirinda, Seven-Up, Aquafina, Soda and Sting.

India holds 100% stake in Varun Beverages (Nepal).

The company has also rated a loan of Rs 3.47 billion for short-term loans. ICRA Nepal has assigned ‘ICRANP-A One Plus’ rating to the company’s loan.
