Kathmandu. Minister for Education and Sports Sasmit Pokharel directed the decision. Secretary at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Chudamani Poudel, has reached Dhangadhi to hold talks with Dr Govinda KC.

Minister for Education and Sports Pokharel on Friday evening. He had a telephonic conversation with Dr KC. Secretary Poudel was sent to Dhangadhi to seek a way out of the hunger strike through talks.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister’s Health Advisor Dr. Dr. J.P. Agrawal and Health Secretary also reached Dhangadhi on Sunday. He is scheduled to hold talks with Dr KC.

The government through talks with Dr. Efforts have been intensified to find a consensual solution to Dr KC’s hunger strike.
