One arrested on charge of leaking MBS question papers, three-member committee formed

. KATHMANDU: A man has been arrested on the charge of making public the question paper of Masters of Business Studies (MBS) of Tribhuvan University Faculty of Management.

He was arrested this morning.

The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police has arrested the accused and started investigation.TAG_OPEN_div_17

TAG_OPEN_div_15 The question paper was leaked through social media within a few minutes of the commencement of the examination of ‘Organizational Behavior’ at the postgraduate level on July 22.

After the question paper was leaked, the Office of the Dean of Management Faculty of Tribhuvan University had also written to the ‘Cyber Bureau’ for investigation and action.TAG_OPEN_div_13

Meanwhile, the Controller of Examinations Division has formed a three-member committee under the coordination of Prof Dr. Achyut Gyawali to investigate into the incident.TAG_OPEN_div_11 The members of the committee are Assistant Professor Pushkar Raikhala of the monitoring directorate and Associate Professor Mahesh Raj Ojha, member of the Central Board of Examinations. The committee has been mandated to submit its report within seven working days.
