National Life Organizes Training and Cultural Program

. National Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has conducted a training and cultural program for its outstanding agents. The program was organized at Hotel Royal Tulip in Lalitpur with the objective of honoring and enhancing the capacity of the agents who have achieved the set goals under the monthly business plan of the fiscal year 2083/84.

The program was inaugurated by the Chief Executive Officer of the company by lighting the lamp of Panas, the departmental heads, branch heads of various branches, senior business managers, business managers and about 300 agents from all over the country.TAG_OPEN_div_18

Addressing the inaugural ceremony, the CEO said that the company has achieved remarkable success in the overall business index including the first insurance premium in the fiscal year 208 TAG_OPEN_div_16 2/83 and thanked the regulatory bodies, customers, agents and all those who directly or indirectly supported the company. He added that the company will be more committed to providing quality services to customers in the new fiscal year and will focus on business expansion by further strengthening agent network.

In the program, renowned trainer Kazim Raza imparted training on strategies, working style and business skills required to achieve the internationally recognized MDRT targets in the insurance business.TAG_OPEN_div_14 According to the company, the training has motivated the participating agents to enhance their professional capacity.

Stand-up comedian Suman Karki gave a comedy performance in the cultural program organized after the training.TAG_OPEN_div_12 Singers Ramchandra Kafle, Junu Rijal and Dipak Bajracharya and Rhythm Band also performed live. The event concluded with a performance by popular DJ Amu entertained the participating actors.
