This certification recognizes the quality management system in the company’s entire wellness and beauty services.

The scope of this certification includes therapeutic massage, beauty therapy of all kinds, steam, sauna and jacuzzi facilities, gym, swimming pool and tennis facilities, which confirms that Tranquility Spa’s operations, sanitation standards and customer service system are meeting international standards.
